Control Center Design for Top Industry Leaders
ISystems Automation has achieved a significant milestone in the design, manufacture, and supply of cutting-edge equipment for several command centers. Our esteemed clients include industry giants such as LUKOIL, Dalkia Termo Prahova, NuclearElectrica, along with numerous smaller companies.
The primary objective of our control center designs is to guarantee comfort, safety, and seamless access for operational personnel to all workplace-related equipment. We meticulously consider various groups of factors and technical requirements to enhance personnel comfort and safety.
Acoustic Design
Special attention is dedicated to the acoustics of the room. To mitigate acoustic noise, special grilles equipped with noise-absorbing material can be installed on the ceiling. Walls feature antistatic panels, while modular carpets cover the floors. The strategic placement of loudspeakers ensures that emergency and alarm situations are communicated effectively, regardless of the operator's position.
Layout Plan
The layout and arrangement of furniture and equipment prioritize accessibility to operational equipment, communication facilities, and other necessary tools. Furniture arrangement facilitates free movement and open communication among personnel. The design ensures that operational staff maintain a direct line of sight to essential equipment, and hierarchies are respected with dispatchers having quick access and visual contact with subordinates. Exit routes are carefully planned to allow swift evacuation in case of emergencies.
Auxiliary Equipment
Our projects incorporate essential auxiliary equipment such as alarms, fire alarms, lighting systems, access control, and air conditioning. Control panels for this equipment are positioned for easy access.
Lighting and Microclimate
Workstations are strategically placed to benefit from daylight without causing glare or discomfort. The lighting system is designed to avoid interference with screen readability and to prevent glare and flicker. Adjustable lighting solutions cater to different times of the shift, with individual lamps provided if necessary. Internal temperature, humidity, and air circulation are closely monitored to maintain an optimal working environment.
Selection of Materials
Furniture, equipment, and finishing materials are chosen based on the 24/7 operational nature of the room to ensure durability and comfort.
Repair and Maintenance
Equipment is designed for easy access for maintenance and repair, with clear labeling to minimize human error.
Power Supply
Critical equipment benefits from backup power supplies from independent sources, ensuring uninterruptible operations. Emergency lighting and power systems ensure that power failures do not impede control or exit routes.
Operator Interface
The operator interface is designed to be visually comfortable, with calm colors for normal operations and bright colors for emergencies. Different color schemes and sound signals help operators quickly identify and respond to emergency situations.
ISystems Automation continues to set new standards in control center design, ensuring that our clients receive the most advanced, safe, and comfortable solutions for their operational needs.
